The Girl Next Door is a disturbing 2007 horror film directed by Gregory Wilson. The film follows two adolescent girls, Meg and Susan, who, after the death of their parents, are sent to live with their mentally unstable aunt, Ruth. Ruth and her three sons systematically abuse and torture Meg and Susan. The film delves into the dark underbelly of suburban life.
